Political Leaders Institute – Current Elected & Appointed Officials

This program is designed to improve government by providing a leadership enhancement program for black elected officials. It allows the elected officials, through study and conversation with other officials, to work to improve their leadership skills and develop public policy that will positively impact African American communities.

Mini-Political Boot Camps – Potential candidates and campaign operatives

Two day intensive training on college campuses (mostly HBCUs) that brings in experts on various political topics, held quarterly.  BRAT-PAC has created and maintain a database of graduates for employment opportunities with campaigns as well as candidates for public office.
